S&S Christie’s International Real Estate is led by husband-and-wife partners Sam Vu and Sassy Nguyen, who have deep connections in Southeast Asia’s ultra-luxury market. In 2013 they founded S&S Group, a conglomerate of companies representing high-end brands such as Rolls Royce, Lamborghini, McLaren, Richard Mille, Audemars Piguet, Bovet, Berluti, and Baccarat.
With their new venture, Christie’s International Real Estate will be the first global luxury real estate brand to have an office in Vietnam. The country has incredible potential for luxury-market growth, fueled by Vietnam’s strong agricultural and manufacturing sectors and investment from major corporations throughout Asia – notably from China, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan and Japan. A growing number of high-net-worth Vietnamese are also seeking international real estate investments.
